THE "EASY SPUMATORE" MILK SYSTEM: NOW EVEN MORE CONVENIENT

The new and improved "Easy Spumatore" milk system makes it easy to make the perfect cappuccino - no more moving the cup from one dispenser to another, as the automatic milk frother is built into the coffee dispenser! Simply choose your cappuccino recipe and then follow the on-screen instructions: insert the tube into the milk container or carton, place the cup under the coffee feeder, turn the milk frother switch, then sit back and watch the creamy milk foam being poured directly into your cup. When the pre-programmed amount has been poured into the cup, turn the knob to the previous position and the machine will brew your coffee. The milk system is also equipped with a simple rinse and clean programme.

FLAVOUR PROFILES FOR TASTE EXPERIMENTS

With the Aroma Balance System developed by Nivona, you can put yourself in the shoes of a real home barista! You can choose from three different aroma profiles: Dynamic, Constant and Intense. Depending on the profile you choose, the water is absorbed through the coffee at different speeds, revealing different aromas. Choose the Dynamic profile for softer, fruity notes, Constant to reveal extra sweetness and bitterness, or Intense for an extra thick, strong and bitter beverage.

EASY MAINTENANCE

For perfect hygiene, use the built-in automatic programmes to descale the machine, clean the brewing unit and clean and rinse the milk system. For a truly spotless coffee system and even more delicious drinks, the brewing unit can be removed and cleaned manually.
