Compact Tabletop Design

The GODOX LC30Bi is a compact bi-color LED light designed specifically for tabletop photography, video production, live streaming and other content creation tasks where a full-size lighting fixture would be unnecessarily large. Measuring approximately 76 × 76 × 92 mm and weighing around 299 g, the light has a compact, cup-sized body that is easy to position, transport and integrate into small shooting environments.

Adjustable Bi-Color Output

The LC30Bi provides continuously adjustable color temperature from 3200K to 6500K, allowing the light to be matched to both warm and cool ambient sources. The wide range covers typical tungsten-style illumination through daylight-balanced conditions, making it suitable for product photography, tabletop scenes, video presentations and mixed-light environments where consistent color temperature is important.

38W LED Performance

With a maximum power consumption of 38W, the LC30Bi provides a substantial amount of illumination for its compact size. At 100% brightness, measured illuminance reaches approximately 28,200 lux at 0.5 m at 3200K, 30,100 lux at 4300K, 27,300 lux at 5600K and 25,200 lux at 6500K. Brightness can be adjusted continuously from 0% to 100%, allowing the output to be adapted to the subject and shooting distance.

Accurate Color Rendering

The LC30Bi is designed for applications where accurate color reproduction is important. Its color rendering performance is rated at approximately CRI 95 and TLCI 96, helping maintain natural-looking colors when photographing products, recording demonstrations or producing video content. This makes the light suitable for subjects where surface color, materials and fine visual details need to be represented consistently.

Eleven Built-In Effects

In addition to standard bi-color illumination, the LC30Bi includes 11 built-in FX lighting effects. The effects include Flash, Storm, Broken Bulb and TV effects, while the bi-color version also adds Candle, Fire and Firework effects. These presets provide additional options for creating environmental illumination, atmosphere and simulated practical-light effects without requiring separate equipment.

Diffusion and Light Shaping

The compact light can be combined with compatible collapsible diffusion accessories to produce softer and more controlled illumination. Diffusion is particularly useful for tabletop subjects, small products, crafts and live-streaming setups where direct LED output may appear too hard. The ability to add light-shaping accessories allows the LC30Bi to be adapted to different distances, subjects and desired lighting characteristics.

Flexible Power Options

The LC30Bi operates from a DC 14V power supply and can be used with its AC adapter for stationary setups. For greater mobility, the light can also operate from two optional NP-F970 batteries, while the optional ML-AK accessory kit adds a grip and battery box for handheld use. This combination allows the LC30Bi to function both as a compact tabletop fixture and as a portable light for shooting away from a fixed power source.
