Bi-Color LED Fresnel Light

The GODOX F7-120Bi is a professional 120W bi-color LED Fresnel light designed for studio production, filmmaking, television, broadcasting, theater, stage lighting, interviews, and other applications requiring controlled directional illumination. Its Fresnel optical design combines the characteristics of a compact LED fixture with the controllable beam of a traditional Fresnel spotlight, making it suitable for both focused and wider lighting setups.

Adjustable Color Temperature

The F7-120Bi provides a continuously adjustable color temperature from 3200K to 5600K, allowing the fixture to transition between warm tungsten-style illumination and neutral daylight. This range makes it possible to match the light to existing studio fixtures, ambient daylight, or practical tungsten sources without changing the fixture. The color temperature can be adjusted directly from the light or remotely through supported control systems.

Powerful 120W LED Output

The 120W LED source delivers up to approximately 43,100 lux at 1 meter at 5600K when using the narrow spot setting. At 4300K, the output reaches approximately 41,700 lux, while at 3200K it provides approximately 35,700 lux. The wider flood setting produces a softer distribution, with up to approximately 12,400 lux at 1 meter at 5600K, allowing the same fixture to be adapted to different lighting distances and coverage requirements.

Adjustable Fresnel Beam

The integrated 7-inch Fresnel lens provides a continuously adjustable beam angle from 15° to 60°. The narrow setting concentrates the light for longer throw and more defined highlights, while the wider setting spreads the illumination over a larger area. This optical adjustment allows the F7-120Bi to function as both a directional spotlight and a broader key or fill source without replacing the front optical assembly.

Accurate Color Rendering and Dimming

With a CRI of approximately 96 and TLCI of approximately 97, the F7-120Bi is designed to provide accurate color reproduction for professional photography and video. Brightness can be smoothly adjusted from low output to full power while maintaining consistent illumination. The combination of bi-color adjustment, accurate color rendering, and controlled dimming makes the fixture suitable for situations where changes in exposure and color temperature need to be made quickly during production.

Silent Operation and Professional Control

The F7-120Bi uses passive, fanless cooling, which eliminates fan noise and makes the fixture particularly suitable for interviews, dialogue recording, broadcasting, and other sound-sensitive environments. Control is available directly from the fixture, through DMX512, and via Bluetooth using the Godox Light app. Bluetooth control has a range of up to approximately 30 meters under suitable conditions, while DMX connections allow the fixture to be integrated into professional multi-light systems.

Barn Doors and Durable Construction

The fixture features a robust metal housing, a manually operated U-shaped yoke, and four-leaf barn doors for shaping and restricting the light beam. The barn doors help control spill and create more precise lighting on subjects and backgrounds. The F7-120Bi operates from AC 100–240V, 50/60Hz, has a working temperature range of approximately -20°C to +50°C, and measures approximately 509 × 324 × 381 mm with the yoke unfolded. Its net weight is approximately 7.63 kg, making it suitable for professional studio, broadcast, stage, and production installations.
