Warranty

All Sony Electronics products purchased in the Baltic States carry a 2-year warranty from the date of the purchase, unless an extended warranty period is indicated on the packaging.

Sony products purchased from us are supplemented with the official Sony Baltic warranty card.

In order to return the item for repair during the warranty period, please, save the documents confirming the purchase (cash receipt or invoice) and the warranty card. The text on the documents confirming the purchase should be clearly visible.

Sony offers an additional warranty with an extension of the standard 2-year warranty to 3, 4 or 5 years. The service is available for good in TV, photo and video categories, as well as for selected premium models from other categories. The additional guarantee can be purchased at the store at the time of a purchase or within a week after purchase.
