Daylight COB LED Light

The Godox LITEMONS LE200D is a daylight-balanced COB LED video light designed for photography, filmmaking, interviews, content creation, streaming and studio work. It provides a fixed color temperature of 5600K, making it suitable for daylight-balanced workflows and for use alongside other fixtures set to the same color temperature. The fixture uses a COB LED source and is designed as a compact, all-in-one lighting solution.

Output and Brightness Control

The LE200D offers continuous brightness adjustment from 0% to 100%, allowing the intensity to be precisely matched to the subject, camera exposure and other lights in the scene. According to Godox testing data, the light produces up to approximately 101,000 lux at 1 meter when used with its reflector at 5600K. Without the reflector, the output is considerably wider and softer, making the fixture more suitable for use with modifiers.

Color Accuracy

With a color temperature of 5600K, the LE200D is optimized for daylight applications. Its color rendering performance is specified at approximately CRI 96 and TLCI 97, providing natural reproduction of skin tones, products and other subjects. The daylight-only configuration also makes the light straightforward to integrate into setups where color consistency is more important than adjustable color temperature.

Lighting Modifiers

The LE200D uses a Bowens-style accessory mount, allowing it to work with a broad range of compatible light modifiers. Reflectors can be used to concentrate the output and increase illumination, while softboxes and other Bowens-mount accessories can transform the relatively directional COB source into softer and more controlled light. An integrated umbrella mount provides another option for creating broader illumination.

Lighting Effects

The fixture includes seven built-in FX types for creating practical or cinematic lighting effects. These effects can be used to simulate situations such as flashes and storms or to introduce controlled variations in brightness during video production. They provide additional creative options without requiring external effect generators or additional lighting equipment.

Control and Connectivity

The LE200D can be controlled directly from the fixture or remotely using the Godox Light application via Bluetooth, with a maximum specified Bluetooth transmission distance of approximately 30 meters. It also supports wired DMX and RDM control, making it suitable for more complex multi-light installations and studio environments where centralized lighting control is required. A USB-A port provides 5 V / 0.5 A output and can be used for compatible auxiliary functions.

Construction and Applications

The light accepts AC power from 100 to 240 V at 50/60 Hz and has a rated input of 220 W. Its body measures approximately 158 × 239 × 262 mm without the reflector and weighs about 2.5 kg, making it relatively easy to position on a light stand while remaining substantially more powerful than compact LED fixtures. The specified operating temperature range is -20°C to 45°C. Overall, the LE200D is suited to studios, video production, interviews, commercial work and content creation where a powerful fixed-daylight COB source with Bowens compatibility and professional control options is required.
