The GODOX SL200RF is a 200 W full-color COB LED light built around the PaletteLab Color Engine. Designed for film, video, studio production, broadcasting, and creative content, it combines substantial output with full-spectrum color reproduction and a remarkably broad range of lighting possibilities.

200 Watts of Versatile Lighting Power

The SL200RF provides up to 200 W of output and, with its reflector, can reach approximately 72,900 lux at 1 meter at 5600 K. This gives it enough intensity for use as a key light, for working with light-shaping accessories, or for creating more directional lighting setups where a strong and concentrated source is required.

From 1800 K to 10,000 K — An Entire Spectrum of Atmospheres

The enormous 1800–10,000 K color-temperature range allows the SL200RF to move from extremely warm, almost candle-like tones to crisp, cool daylight. Green-magenta adjustment from -100% to +100% provides another level of precision, making it possible to compensate for mixed lighting or deliberately create a particular visual mood.

PaletteLab Turns Color Into a Creative Instrument

The PaletteLab Color Engine is designed to provide continuous full-spectrum output across the visible wavelength range. With approximately 92% Rec.2020 coverage, the SL200RF delivers controlled saturation and smooth color transitions, while CRI is approximately 98 and TLCI approximately 99. This combination is particularly valuable when skin tones, saturated colors, and post-production flexibility matter.

One Light, Multiple Ways to Shape the Image

The SL200RF offers CCT, HSI, X-Y, RGBW, GEL, and FX modes, including 14 built-in lighting effects. Four dimming curves — linear, S-curve, exponential, and logarithmic — allow the brightness response to be adapted to the desired lighting behaviour, from subtle transitions to more controlled professional adjustments.

Professional Control From the Set or From a Distance

The fixture supports DMX/RDM, Bluetooth control through the Godox Light app, and direct control from the light itself. NFC pairing helps speed up multi-light configuration, while the integrated DMX module allows the SL200RF to become part of a professional lighting network. CRMX wireless control is also possible with the TimoLink TRX transceiver.

A Compact Professional Foundation With Bowens Compatibility

The SL200RF combines its 200 W full-spectrum source with a flat Bowens mount, making it compatible with a broad range of professional modifiers. Its integrated power design, temperature-controlled cooling, 100–240 V operation, approximately 3.7 kg weight, and USB-A port for firmware updates and 5 V/1.5 A power further underline its role as a practical production fixture that can move comfortably between studio and location work.
