The GODOX ML30Bi is a compact 40 W bi-color COB LED light designed for filmmakers, photographers, vloggers, interviews, livestreams, and mobile production. Its palm-sized 120 × 88 × 88 mm body combines flexible white-light control, high color accuracy, built-in lighting effects, battery operation, and the Godox Mount accessory system.

The ML30Bi provides continuous color-temperature adjustment from 2800 K to 6500 K, allowing you to move from warm tungsten-style illumination to cool daylight. Brightness is adjustable from 0 to 100%, making it easy to match ambient light or create controlled contrast.

40 W of Output in a Compact Body

With a maximum power consumption of 40 W, the ML30Bi delivers impressive illumination for its size. With the standard reflector, it reaches up to approximately 7,470 lux at 1 meter at 5600 K, while the bare light source provides a softer, wider output.

Professional Color Accuracy

With CRI around 96 and TLCI around 97, the ML30Bi is designed to produce natural and consistent colors. This makes it particularly useful for portraits, interviews, product work, vlogging, and video production where accurate skin tones are important.

21 Built-In Lighting Effects

The ML30Bi features 21 special effects across seven categories. These include simulations such as flashlight, thunder, broken bulb, TV, candle, fire, and fireworks, giving filmmakers an easy way to introduce movement and atmosphere without additional equipment.

AC or NP-F Battery Operation

The light can be powered from the supplied AC adapter or from external NP-F batteries using the dedicated battery solution. This makes the ML30Bi equally useful in the studio and on location, while its compact size keeps mobile lighting kits lightweight.

Wireless Control and Quiet Operation

The ML30Bi supports control through the Godox Light app and wireless 2.4G control. Bluetooth communication works at distances of up to approximately 15 meters. The fixture also offers a silent mode, which is especially valuable for interviews, dialogue, and other sound-sensitive productions.

Godox Mount for a Complete Lighting System

The integrated Godox Mount provides compatibility with dedicated light-shaping accessories, including softboxes, diffusers, and other modifiers.
