DSEE Ultimate

Using Edge-AI (Artificial Intelligence), DSEE Ultimate™ (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine) upscales compressed digital music files in real time. Adaptively recognising instrumentation, musical genres, and individual elements of each song, such as vocals or interludes, it can restore acoustic subtleties and dynamic range, as well as high-frequency clarity and presence, for a richer, more complete listening experience.

Digital section

This AV product has a revamped digital section, with all signal processing performed on a single chip.
HDMI has also been changed to support 8K I/O, as well as devices and circuits.

J-FET combination buffer AMP

Our audio engineers custom-tuned the AN1000's circuit layout using the actual analogue output of the Digital-Analogue Converter (DAC). The resulting addition of a Junction-gate Field Effect Transistor (J-FET) improved the OP-AMP performance by around 20%. High-resolution audio formats especially have benefited, with more precise phase rotation at higher frequencies and cleaner overall sound.

New Large Capacity Power Transformer

The new power transformer is designed for even lower distortion. An improved copper wound core and bobbin, alongside a newly-refined manufacturing process, delivers audiophile precision to all your entertainment.

Acoustic Center Sync

When connected to a BRAVIA TV with Acoustic Center Sync, both the audio system and the TV become the center speaker in your home cinema system. With Acoustic Center Sync, you’ll hear dialogue from the screen. Action and sound are precisely aligned so your viewing becomes much more immersive.

Effortless control with BRAVIA TVs

With an integrated UI, the AN1000 settings automatically appear on the BRAVIA Quick Settings menu for easy control of features such as sound field and volume using the TV remote without switching to the AN1000's remote.

Center Speaker Lift Up. Lifting the sound of the center speaker
