GODOX UL150 II — Professional 150W Silent LED Video Light

The GODOX UL150 II is a professional continuous LED light created for filmmakers, photographers, studios, interviews, commercial productions, and content creators who demand powerful illumination without compromising on silence. With up to 160W output, daylight-balanced 5600K light, excellent color fidelity, and a completely fanless cooling concept, the UL150 II is an exceptionally refined tool for serious production work.

Powerful 160W Output

The UL150 II delivers up to 160W of power, providing a strong and dependable source for portraits, interviews, product photography, studio work, and cinematic lighting setups. Its output offers enough headroom to work confidently with light-shaping modifiers while maintaining precise control over the scene.

Daylight-Balanced 5600K Light

With a fixed color temperature of 5600K, the UL150 II is optimized for daylight-balanced production and can integrate naturally with ambient daylight and other daylight fixtures. The CRI ≥96 and TLCI ≥97 ratings provide excellent color fidelity and dependable results both on camera and in post-production.

True Silent Operation

The defining advantage of the UL150 II is its fanless cooling system. Instead of relying on conventional built-in fans, the fixture uses an advanced heat-dissipation design to operate without fan noise. This makes it particularly valuable for interviews, dialogue, podcasts, film sets, and professional sound recording.

Professional Control Box

The dedicated control box combines power management and lighting control in a practical professional design. The system supports AC 100–240V power and can also be used with an optional V-Mount battery, including supported 14.8V/150Wh and 26V/270Wh configurations.

Multiple Ways to Control the Light

The UL150 II offers a comprehensive control ecosystem with DMX512, 2.4GHz wireless control, Bluetooth, and the dedicated controller. It supports 32 channels, 16 groups, and IDs from 1–99, while wireless control reaches approximately 60 m via 2.4GHz and approximately 30 m via Bluetooth.

12 Built-In FX Effects

For cinematic and creative work, the UL150 II includes 12 FX effects across four categories. These built-in effects allow the light to simulate different practical lighting situations and add visual atmosphere without requiring additional dedicated equipment.

Four Professional Dimming Curves

Brightness control goes beyond simple intensity adjustment. The UL150 II offers linear, S-curve, exponential, and logarithmic dimming curves, allowing the behavior of the light to be adapted to different production requirements and creating smoother, more natural transitions.

Bowens Mount Compatibility

The standard Bowens mount opens the door to a vast ecosystem of professional light modifiers. Softboxes, reflectors, Fresnel accessories, and other Bowens-compatible tools can dramatically transform the character and direction of the UL150 II.

Built for Serious Production

The GODOX UL150 II is a sophisticated lighting instrument designed around one particularly valuable idea: powerful professional light should not interfere with the sound recording. With 160W output, exceptional color reproduction, silent fanless operation, versatile control, FX effects, and broad Bowens compatibility, it is an elegant and highly capable solution for modern production.
