5W RGBWW Creative LED Light

The GODOX KNOWLED C5R is a compact 5W RGBWW LED light designed as a portable accent and fill light for photography, filmmaking, interviews, product photography, livestreaming, and creative video production. Its slim rectangular body measures approximately 106 × 68 × 18 mm and weighs only 169 g, making it slightly smaller than many smartphones and easy to carry between shooting locations. Despite its compact format, the C5R uses 110 high-brightness LED beads to provide a strong light output for its size.

2500K–8500K Color Temperature

The C5R offers an adjustable color temperature range from 2500K to 8500K, covering warm tungsten-style illumination through neutral white and daylight tones. Brightness can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 100%, allowing the output to be precisely matched to the scene. The wide CCT range also makes it possible to use the C5R as a practical fill light or as a small atmospheric source when matching different lighting environments.

36,000 Colors and RGBWW Control

The C5R supports RGBWW color lighting and provides up to 36,000 selectable colors through its color-control system. RGB/HSI modes allow the hue and saturation to be adjusted for creating colored accents, background illumination, atmospheric effects, or specific cinematic color tones. This makes the C5R particularly useful when a small fixture needs to produce a precisely selected color rather than simply warm or cool white light.

High Color Accuracy and Soft Diffusion

The LED source provides approximately CRI 96 and TLCI 97, helping maintain accurate and natural color reproduction when shooting with digital cameras. At 6500K, the C5R provides approximately 200 lux at 1 meter, 760 lux at 0.5 meters, and 2000 lux at 0.3 meters. A collapsible silicone diffuser is included, allowing the direct LED output to be softened for closer work with people, products, or other subjects.

39 Built-In Cinematic Effects

The C5R includes 39 built-in FX effects divided into 14 categories. These effects can simulate sources and situations such as RGB cycling, flashes, parties, lightning, a broken bulb, television, candlelight, fire, fireworks, emergency vehicles, and other dynamic lighting conditions. A dedicated Music mode can also synchronize the lighting with sound and rhythm, providing an additional option for music videos and creative content.

3000mAh Battery and Wireless Charging

The C5R has an integrated 3.8V 3000mAh lithium battery, providing up to approximately 2 hours of operation at 100% brightness. Charging can be performed through USB Type-C, with a charging time of approximately 2.5 hours, or wirelessly using a compatible wireless charging pad, which takes approximately 3.5 hours. The ability to charge wirelessly is particularly useful when several compact lights are being used together or when minimizing cables is important.

Magnetic Mounting and Bluetooth Control

A magnetic strip on the rear of the C5R allows it to be attached quickly to suitable metal surfaces, making it possible to hide the light in corners, behind objects, or directly on metal structures. A 1/4"-20 mounting thread and included cold-shoe adapter provide additional mounting options for cameras, stands, and other accessories. The light can be controlled from its onboard controls or remotely through the Godox Light app via Bluetooth. The package includes the C5R, collapsible diffuser, USB Type-C cable, cold-shoe adapter, and CB50 carrying case.
