The Sony LCJ-RXK is a dedicated jacket case designed for Sony Cyber-shot RX100-series compact cameras. Its fitted construction helps protect the camera body and lens from dust, scratches and minor contact during everyday use and transportation. The case is designed to remain attached while the camera is being used, providing practical protection without requiring the camera to be removed every time a photograph is taken.

The LCJ-RXK consists of a fitted body case and a separate lens jacket that protects the front of the camera when it is not being used. This arrangement helps shield exposed surfaces from dust and scratches during storage and transport. The lens cover can be removed when shooting, allowing the camera to be used without taking the entire body case off.

Access to Camera Functions

The case is designed to allow access to important camera functions while it remains attached. Users can charge the camera, adjust the angle of the LCD screen and connect a compatible external microphone without removing the case. This is particularly useful for video recording and vlogging, where quick access to the microphone connection and screen is important.

Connectivity and Tripod Compatibility

The fitted design supports data transfer through the camera's Wi-Fi connection while the case is attached. NFC connectivity is also available on compatible camera models, although the case may interfere with NFC connection when used with the DSC-RX100M2. A tripod can be attached without removing the case, making it suitable for stationary photography, self-recording and other setups that require a stable camera position.

A shoulder strap is included to make carrying the camera more convenient during travel, walks and everyday photography. The Sony LCJ-RXK is designed for selected Sony Cyber-shot RX100-series cameras, including the RX100, RX100 II, RX100 III, RX100 IV, RX100 V, RX100 VA, RX100 VI and RX100 VII. Compatibility should be checked for the exact camera model before purchase. The case measures approximately 115 × 80 × 51 mm and weighs around 96 g. It cannot be used with the AG-R2 attachment grip installed.
