If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchase made in our store, you have the right to return the purchased item within 14 calendar days, having fulfilled all the return conditions. Please contact us first so that we can answer your questions about the product!

The purchased item cannot be returned if:

1. The packaging is open and/or defective, which prevents the product from being readmitted for hygiene reasons (such as electric toothbrushes, epilators, electric beard trimmer, electric hair clippers, hot rollers, facial skin care devices, manicure accessories, foot care devices, blankets and other body warmers, ear-mounted audio headphones and Bluetooth headphones, alcometers and inhalers.
2. The product is fast failing or is about to expire.
3. Consumables (e.g. printer cartridges, toners, batteries, etc.).

When receiving the purchased item from the courier, check the condition of the package and indicate any damage to the acceptance deed. Otherwise, claims of damage to packaging and goods-will not be considered.

How do I return the item?

• Tell us about your intention to return the item by writing at sonycenter@center.lv, or come to our store within 14 calendar days after receiving the item. You can use the return form prepared by the Center for Consumer Protection: The product rejection form.
• After you informed us, within 14 calendar days, but preferably without delay, return the item to the Sony Center store at 40 Brivibas st.
• The amount you paid for the item will be returned to you the same way you paid for its purchase.

What are the rules of returning the item?

• Familiarizing yourself with the product, please, do not unnecessary remove any part of the original packaging, including protective film or security seal.
• Open the item packaging gently without tearing it.
• Use the device only to the extent that it is necessary to verify its operation (as much as possible, check the item in the store; if you purchase a mobile phone, do not remove the protective film, do not make calls, do not synchronize data, etc.).
• Retain all packaging parts and accessories, including instructions.
• Save all the documents confirming the purchase.
